Replaced my heat exchanger, everyone was friendly and clean, install was fast and on time, five stars

All Seasons Heating and Cooling did an excellent job! Oscar, Steve, and Will arrived on time, were very friendly, and took the time to make sure our heaters were working properly. They fixed the issue efficiently and left the area clean when they were done. Great service from start to finish—highly recommend!

Ken was nothing short of amazing. He arrived on time and asked about my observations. Within 5 minutes he developed a solid theory; the contacts on the main relay had failed. He further guessed a bug had crawled into the relay and shorted the contacts. He was correct. The relay was replaced with an enclosed relay to ensure the “bug short” never happened again and my heat pump was functional within 30 minutes. The truly amazing part is Ken accurately guessed at the exact beetle that caused the short. I can only assume that comes from years of local experience.

Great service, quick replies, excellent communication. Ken was on-site to fix our heat and was able to repair it same day!

Ken showed up to to work on our HVAC system and found that the correct relay was missing from the original installation done by some other company. However, to be fair, at the time it was installed it was a brand new product. However, it seems as though the details in the original installation manual were not read. Therefore Ken had a lot of troubleshooting he had to perform including under the house. He kept us apprised as things progressed so we knew what was going on in the process. Thank you Ken for all your hard work!

All Seasons have a well rounded staff meaning from that first phone call to the office followed by that service call to your home shortly after. Both Jolene and Ken were a pleasure to work with and turned they turned a COLD stressful experience to a stress free one. Ken is a good person with an uplifting personality and more importantly an eye for detail and a drive to actually execute and do the detective work until it’s fixed the right way! feel reassurance because in my past experiences, some of these other places seem to just charge you a fortune for a new replacement unit instead of actually taking the time to track down the actual wire or sensor etc , not all seasons they fix it right and are punctual..i vouch for them and you will to, thanks again Jolene and Ken , I appreciate you!

We called a couple of HVAC companies to assist with installing a smart thermostat but they declined. All Seasons was happy to help even though it was some additional trouble shooting and work with an EIM. Ken as friendly and knowledgeable throughout.

Some of us go frantic when losing heat in the winter so much respect to Jolene and her professionalism and WARM demeanor, give this girl a raise because she’s doing a fantastic job! Thanks All Seasons !

All Season came out and put in a brand new heat pump into my home. Later that same night the new unit sprung a major leak shooting Puron gases into my home at 2:00 in the morning. The fire dept. was called they came out was not able to stop the leak but stayed until the level went down to an acceptable level. Next morning I called All Season as soon as they opened at 8:00 am. I was their first call the next day. SO, I called at 8:00am by 8:15 am the service tech was at my front door. Joe came in and immediately begin working on the problem. Joe stopped the leak immediately! Austin was in the backyard refiling the Puron. Austin and Joe did not leave until everything was perfect! By Noon they were packing up and leaving. That evening Roz was on the phone checking in and reassuring me that everything would be fine and if i needed anything. All Season has a customer for life!!!!!! They did an AMAZING job and I highly recommend working with them on your next project. Ken was Amazing he is my go to for questions and the dogs like Ken too

I highly recommend their seasonal maintenance checkup plan ! They check my system before summer and before going into the winter months. Jolene is patient and pleasant when scheduling my appointments. Their Techs are very knowledgeable and thorough . Triston Hinchillf is my regular service Tech. He is very knowledgeable, and explains things clearly and keeps my system performing well. Always on time and considerate when entering our home . My furnace had stopped working and we were without heat. I called Tuesday, Ken was out to my house on Thursday, arrived an hour early and not even an hour after that, I was nice and toasty Ken explained everything he found, what needed to be fixed and gave his honest recommendations. All Seasons relocated my outdoor heatpump from the patio to the side of the garage and connected a new thermostat. Both jobs were accomplished quickly and the All Seasons folks were very professional – no after the install issues. Good Job guys!

Very knowledgeable tech. I’ve had thermostat issues for years and, previously, had techs from two other companies come through but they couldn’t diagnose the issue. Ken has been nothing but professional and helpful and we have had zero issues since.

Called “All Seasons” after getting home from vacation to a super hot home…on a Saturday…got some great advice, called on Monday & made appointment. Ken came out and did an immediate check on our 30 year old cooling system. Gave us really good news, and was promptly able to fix it. We are incredibly grateful for All Seasons and Ken’s expertise…

Triston came back to replace a part on our broken air conditioner. He was extremely helpful, friendly, respectful, and fast! As soon as the part was received on their end, he came out and we are so happy our air conditioner is working again. He also went the extra mile by fixing how the cool air is distributed between floors since it was running too cold downstairs and warmer upstairs. He also took initiative to clean out some dirt that had collected on the outside unit and gave us a tip to keep it clean. Triston is excellent as his job and very thorough! I highly recommend All Seasons Heating & Cooling! We rent our townhome, so our property management took care of it therefore I’m unsure about the pricing. Regardless of what it may be, worth every penny! Thanks guys!

Appointments are easy and the service is great. I have a year round maintenance agreement for heating and air. I highly recommend their service.

Technician arrived on time, and called before he arrived to give us an ETA. Problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired (bad capacitor). Other AC functions were, also checked as part of the service call. He clearly knew what he was doing, and was able to answer all of our questions clearly and courteously.
