Ken and Triston did a great job of providing us with our routine Spring Air Conditioning service. Triston clearly knew what he was doing in helping Ken, who worked together for a quicker service. Triston checked our inside filter, up in a 9ft ceiling vent, difficult to reach. Ken brought to my attention that for a nominal extra cost he could install a capacitor that reduces stress on the rotor motor each time it starts up. This will prolong the life of the rotor motor. Ken explained it to me, and his explanation was correct. No games played, and I told him afterward I had a technical background in electric motors and understood what he had said. Ken and Tristan came out to perform the semiannual maintenance on my system, which meant this time a spring-time check of my AC. Besides performing the service, they gave me the option (no pressure) of adding a hard-start kit to prolong the life of the compressor. I elected to add the kit after Ken explained the benefits. They also made recommendations about where I could source the best and most cost-effective filters for my blower. I appreciated their all-around professionalism and friendliness!

The service manager Ken was very professional and efficient in diagnosing and fixing the problem with my A/C, I would recommend him and this company to others.

We had multiple bids done for our HVAC system just because we kept hearing there was such a broad range of prices, as well as a wide range of HVAC options. High efficiency, 2.5 ton, 3 ton, etc. Jeff came by to do an estimate and clearly was very experienced with HVAC and honest about the process. He was the 3rd to come by out of 5 and ended up being the best price out of the 5 in the Vancouver area. They offered cash discounts as well as a seasonal discount for installing before the busy season. After all was said and done, Jeff and his team did an outstanding job. We felt like we could trust their work which meant a lot to us. I think all of these HVAC companies can give off a “sales” vibe, but I felt out of 5 bids, this was the best bang for our buck. It happened to be the cheapest, but also a quality company.

The technician did a very thorough job. He answered questions and gave some helpful advice about things we could do to help maintain the system. It was a great experience.

Ken was very thorough, did things that have never been done as far as cleaning coils on the inside and outside components. Told us of repairs that need to be made and why. Also gave us some tips on another component to start the AC More gently. We found him very informative thank you

Replaced the 28-yr old gas furnace and AC. The All Seasons team made this a very good experience. In the office, Aja, provided all receipts, paperwork promptly. Jeff, Sales Estimator, is knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and easy to work with. Technician, Parker, Installers Steve, Oscar, Triston, friendly and efficient, well-trained. All work areas were totally cleaned up at the end of project.
