As is always the case, our air conditioning died this holiday weekend (Juneteenth and father’s day) just before a heat wave. Terrific.I made 6 calls to a/c service companies. Only one, All Seasons, not only answered my call but came out when promised, diagnosed the issue quickly (we had a bearing failure in the blower motor).The technician, Ken, who just also happened to be the service manager covering this weekend, promised he’d get the part first thing Monday and AMAZINGLY he showed up at our house at 7:30am Monday with the part.He got our a/c up and running within an hour. Done. Can’t ask for better than that, right?But there was even better…he told us our blower motor was actually still under factory warranty! So, that saved us hundreds of dollars!I’m not sure others would have been so honest snd we wouldn’t have known.Bottom line, we’re signing an annual service contract with All Seasons because they earned our trust!Thank you Ken! Our unit was down on a hot summer day so we called for an emergency service. Ken was super responsive and professional. He was able to diagnose and fix our issue within a short timeframe. Super appreciative of his time and help with this issue. Overall great experience and would recommend again.

My technician was Ken. He explained things to me in detail in a way that I would understand which I appreciate and he answered the many questions I had and didn’t seem annoyed that he had to take time to do so, I also appreciated this. He was very thorough! Great experience!!

Dennis at All Seasons Heating & Cooling is the real deal, and our family is genuinely grateful for him. He came out to fix our HVAC, diagnosed the issue accurately, got it handled efficiently, and never once tried to upsell us on things we didn’t need. In a world where that kind of integrity is rare, it meant everything. What sets Dennis apart isn’t just his technical skill — it’s how he shows up. He’s kind, organized, and fast without making you feel rushed. He treated our home and our family with care, and you can tell he takes real pride in doing the job right rather than just doing the job. I’ve always had excellent service from All Seasons since moving to Vancouver in 2023. Ken came out for my spring service this year. He spent a lot of time checking everything out and apprised me of what was going on. Good news: My 8-year-old HVAC was declared to still be like new! He also gave me a tip about using the fan setting on the thermostat to help equalize the temp between the upstairs and downstairs on exceptionally hot or cold days. In sum, friendly, professional service that I trust.

We were in crisis mode when our thermostat and heater went out at midnight. All seasons was here on a Sunday. Ken was our service person. He took my emergency call on a Sunday while at church. He communicated well and arrived before he anticipated. He spent time educating us on how the system works and why the issue occurred. He was quick and efficient, friendly and overall, we had a great experience.

Excellence service. He fixed a broken item on the furnace as a service call and help evaluate ideas for an Erv and help me understand Airborne safety in the basement area.
